Items ordered online usually ship within 24 hours. We use UPS for domestic orders and USPS for orders to APO, FPO, etc.
Home Delivery orders placed prior to 9am on Wednesday are delivered on Thursday or Friday of the same week. Large orders of frozen foods are delivered on Thursday evening.
When ordering raw foods to be shipped you must also purchase a cooler and either ice packs or dry ice depending upon the transit time. For orders 25 lbs and under choose the smaller cooler. For orders 26 lbs to 50 lbs choose the larger cooler. Coolers must be purchased in order for the order to be shipped. Not purchasing a cooler will delay the shipping of your order. Frozen foods are only shipped Monday through Wednesday to ensure safe delivery.

Click on the products link above and place your order online. Choose Free Home Delivery as your method of shipping and we will deliver your order for free in Dothan. If you are near Dothan but do not fall into our delivery area we can make arrangements to meet you for pickup. If the order is large enough we will meet you up to halfway. AL.
Things to note when placing a Home Delivery order with us...
ORDER CONFIRMATION:
All home delivery orders should not be considered confirmed , unless you have received a confirmation return email or phone call or are set up as automatic deliveries!
SMALL BAGS OF FOOD:
We require that whenever an order is placed involving a small bag of pet food, there is a two small bag minimum required for free delivery. If you are ordering treats or other items this does not apply as long as the order is at least $25.
CANNED FOODS:
We do not deliver canned pet food by the individual can. We only deliver canned food by the case and do not mix the flavors. We have several varieties available by the can at our retail store if you would like to try a couple of cans before committing to a full case.
TREATS AND SUPPLEMENTS:
Treats and supplements must be delivered with a food order. If a customer is requesting an order with only treats or supplements to be delivered, there is a $25 minimum order total.
FROZEN FOODS:
There is minimum order total of $25 when frozen food is involved!
Frozen food deliveries require a person to be home to receive a delivery, or a cooler must be left out big enough to hold your whole order. If no one is home and no cooler is left out for us to leave your frozen food order, we do implement a $5 delivery charge!
